Mark Rutledge

Mark is the Founder and President of TruPay, driven by the company’s mission to transform Payroll, Time, and HR experiences through a motivated and impactful team. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics and U.S. History from Ball State University, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in the Human Capital Management services sector.

Passionate about building meaningful relationships and exceeding client expectations, Mark is committed to personal growth and expanding TruPay’s impact. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, water sports, and golf.

Scott Holland

Scott is the Executive Vice President at TruPay, where he applies his extensive expertise and strategic vision to drive the company's success.
A graduate of Bethel University, Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in accounting, business administration, and computer science. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, and that background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial and technological aspects of business management.

Scott's leadership is marked by a dedication to excellence, innovation, and team development, showcasing his unique skill set and passion for growth.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, reading, engaging in DIY projects, and being outdoors.

Brittany Bowley

As TruPay’s Director of Finance since 2021, Brittany leads and supervises the Finance team, overseeing Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Administration. With a degree in Accounting and an MBA from Texas Tech University, Brittany brings a decade of payroll industry expertise and a passion for problem-solving, balancing, and reconciliation.

Brittany’s leadership philosophy centers on building a transparent, close-knit team where collaboration and trust foster success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. Whether traveling, attending sporting events, or relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine, family is Brittany’s greatest joy and inspiration.

Daneen Pope

Daneen began her journey with TruPay in November of 2005, and her career in the Payroll/HCM industry now spans 19 years. As a Certified Payroll Professional, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Director of Support. Throughout her tenure, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, always striving to deliver excellence in client experience.

A true people person, Daneen is passionate about helping others and building strong relationships. She enjoys learning about clients’ industries and finding ways to make a positive, impactful difference in their day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, Daneen values time spent connecting with others and embracing opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Sean Dupuis

Since joining TruPay in 2016, Sean has served as Director of Business Systems, leading the IT Department and overseeing technology, optimization, and system integration to support business operations. A Western Michigan University graduate with expertise in system architecture, process automation, and data management, Sean excels at delivering scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and drive innovation.

Passionate about aligning technology with business goals, Sean strives to continuously improve performance through agile systems. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, nature, reading, and playing guitar—perfectly balancing between campfire entertainment and comic relief.

Jennifer Bartocci

As TruPay's Director of Operations for over 10 years, Jenny leads the Implementation, Garnishment Services, and Production Teams with a focus on efficiency and organization. A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), she specializes in payroll, HR, and project management, with a passion for process improvement and creating visually optimized workflows.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring National Parks, aiming to visit them all. Her goal is to help organizations maximize TruPay’s InspireHCM platform for seamless, scalable solutions.
